The 11th Executive Training for United Feed Mill and United Feeding’s Officer (OT11)

September 19th – November 4th 2022

The training for the officers of 

United Feed Mill Co. Ltd. and United Feeding Co. Ltd.

This training comprise of several activities for the officers to get hands on experiences with the company’s core processes and procedures, identify problems and work on projects as a team to solve key issues with measurable results.

The employees get hands-on experience at the factory, seeing all the process for producing feed.

The employees get hands-on experience at the pig farm, 

including feeding the pigs, delivering the piglets, and nursing the pigs all the way to the delivering the pigs to the customer.

exhibition on October 12-14 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam

At the event, companies from all over the world brought in products related to the animal husbandry industry such as animal feed, animal feed ingredients, medicine, and machineries used in industrial plants.   

Our company organized and ran a booth exhibiting our piglet feed at the event as well. Our product has attracted the attention of many pig farmers and a large number of people who attended the event

Topic "African Swine Fever Prevention, Outbreak, and Recovery in Thailand"

On October 14, 2022 

Project: SWAB for germs in risky areas to prevent African Swine Fever (ASF) 

United Feed Mill Co.,Ltd organized a project to SWAB for germs in risky areas that can cause ASF disease within the farmer's farm, people, water, transport vehicles and surfaces inside of the pen, ect. to prevent disease outbreak for farmers across the country.

The project also includes providing advice on various risks within the farm which can reduce the risks of contraction the disease.  

Project: African Swine Fever (ASF) Prevention using easily accessible items.

United Feed Mill Co.,Ltd went into the field to visit farmers who are raising pigs in the community and to support all pig farmers to be safe from ASF by:     

                                                      1. Spray disinfectant on trucks that pick up the pigs, pig cages and other equipment before going into the pen to select the pigs.  

                                                      2. Change your boots and dip your boots in easily made disinfectant tubs before entering risky pig pens and catching pens.      

                                                      3. Surround the area with fences and netting in at risk pens to prevent the spread of the disease from animals that are disease carriers: birds, pigs, cockroaches, dogs, ect.  

                                                     By doing these steps, you can reduce the risk and prevent losses from to the ASF virus.
