The 11th Executive Training for United Feed Mill and United Feeding’s Officer (OT11)
September 19th – November 4th 2022
The training for the officers of United Feed Mill Co. Ltd. and United Feeding Co. Ltd.
This training comprise of several activities for the officers to get hands on experiences with the company’s core processes and procedures, identify problems and work on projects as a team to solve key issues with measurable results.
The employees get hands-on experience at the factory, seeing all the process for producing feed.
The employees get hands-on experience at the pig farm, including feeding the pigs, delivering the piglets, and nursing the pigs all the way to
the delivering the pigs to the customer.
